The AllRad Travel Command Center is AllRad’s core trip-planning system, built to help travelers organize bookings, track costs, plan itineraries, manage packing, and handle pre-departure details in one connected setup. It is delivered across a downloadable PDF guide, a Notion workspace, and Google Sheets calculators so you can use the same planning system in the format that works best for you.
The Notion Companion is the interactive Notion workspace included with your AllRad Travel Command Center access. It is designed to help you manage trip details in one place with linked views for bookings, itinerary planning, packing, expenses, quick actions, and trip progress in a mobile-friendly format you can duplicate into your own Notion account.
AllRad Travel works differently from a traditional booking site. Instead of packaging flights, hotels, meals, and activities at standard retail pricing, our tiers are built around premium travel planning tools, with a lodging-based travel certificate included as a bonus. We also partner directly with hotels to help fill unused room inventory, which allows travelers to access steep lodging savings while paying only the applicable taxes and fees tied to the certificate stay.
Each qualifying tier includes one bonus travel certificate tied to that tier’s stay structure and destination access. Your certificate must be activated within 7 days of receiving access, and once activated, you have up to 18 months to book and complete your stay. Activation means you have started the redemption process with the third-party provider handling certificate fulfillment.
The travel certificate covers the lodging portion of your stay, and you are responsible for the associated taxes and fees required to complete the booking. You are also responsible for airfare, transportation, meals, drinks, optional hotel upgrades, and other personal travel expenses. The certificate is not an all-inclusive vacation package.
Some destinations and travel periods may have limited availability, especially around holidays, peak travel seasons, or other high-demand dates. Hotel options and room availability depend on participating properties and available inventory at the time of booking, so booking early is strongly recommended.
Most travel certificates are designed for two adults per stay. If you need to ask about additional guests, alternate arrangements, or special travel circumstances, support can help clarify what options may be available and whether additional costs apply.
No, attending a timeshare presentation is not required. You may receive an invitation during your travel experience, and if you choose to participate, it could make you eligible for certain upgrades or added travel benefits.
If your travel certificate has not been activated, you may be able to request a destination change within the same tier, subject to availability and eligibility. Once your booking is confirmed, some upgrade options may also be available directly through the hotel, and any additional costs would apply.
After purchase, you receive access to your digital tools, tier details, and the instructions needed to activate and redeem your travel certificate. From there, you follow the booking process connected to your certificate, while the AllRad Travel planning tools help you compare dates, organize trip details, and prepare for travel.
Support is available to help with questions before booking, during the certificate process, and as you prepare for travel. Elite includes priority support, and travelers can reach out for help with tier details, booking questions, or certificate-related concerns.
All sales are final because your purchase includes digital content that is delivered automatically after payment is processed. If your travel certificate has not been activated, you may be eligible to request a destination change within the same tier or account credit toward an eligible future tier upgrade, subject to availability and eligibility. Once a certificate has been activated through the third-party redemption provider, or an activation fee has been paid to begin the process, it is considered claimed and cannot be reversed, refunded, or reissued by AllRad Travel.
